Privacy

Your footage never leaves your computer. The repair runs in your browser. We never receive your video, sound or file names.

What we receive

• A file fingerprint: a 64-character code made from your file’s size and three small samples of it. It lets us remember that a file is paid for, so you never pay twice. It can’t be turned back into video.
• Payment details: handled by Paddle, our payment provider and reseller. We see your email address, country and the payment status. We never see your card details.
• Standard server logs: such as the time of a visit and your IP address, kept for up to 30 days to keep the site secure.

What we don’t do

• We don’t upload, store or look at your footage.
• We don’t sell your data or use advertising trackers.

Cookies and storage

The site stores a small note in your browser that a file is paid for, so fixing it again is instant. Paddle uses cookies needed to take payments securely.

Your rights

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify or track you across sites. It tells us things like how many people visited and which pages they read.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see or delete the data we hold about you. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
